  • In this video taken from Ng et al. (2017), it is possible to see how X-ray imaging can be used to better target EM imaging of neural networks in the fruit fly brain. The Neural networks are then reconstructed in 3D from the EM data, giving an in-depth view of the neuronal connections in this circuit.
