Organomation's Nitrogen Evaporators provide controlled concentrations of samples using a combination of nitrogen and a heated bath. The popular N-EVAP product line offers flexibility and individualization for diverse samples. Without additional racks or accessories. The N-EVAPs have a unique sample holder which is able to accommodate a wide variety of vial sizes; between 10 to 30 millimeters in outside diameter. Optional sample holders for large or small glassware are available. The adjustable needle valves allow the user to individually control the nitrogen flow delivered to each sample. Users can choose from a water or dry bath to gently heat their samples. A no bath option is also available for samples that need to evaporated at ambient temperature. All Organomation baths are easy to maintain and clean, ensuring durability for many years. The 34 and 45 position N-EVAPs come with a digital thermostat and quick drain to effortlessly drain the water bath. The 6, 12, and 24 positions N-EVAP baths are controlled by a simple mechanical thermostat and external thermometer to check the temperature. The waterbath temperatures can range from 30 to 90 degrees Celsius. Distilled and de-ionized water are preferred as they reduce scale and mineral buildup on the bath walls. Organomation's dry baths come with aluminum beads to heat samples. Dry baths can reach between 40 and 130 degrees Celsius. A dry bath is recommended for high boiling point solvents and water sensitive samples, especially tubes with labels that are water soluble and samples that are in small test tubes.
