Dolomite is the world leader in design and manufacture of innovative microfluidic products. This video is a short summary of the application note describing the generation of agarose droplets at elevated temperature and subsequent cooling to form solid microparticles. The highest droplet generation rate is 2800 droplets per second with a droplet diameter of ~ 60µm. The system is based around a standard hydrophobic droplet junction chip.
