  • Tecan showcases the Infinite® plate reader family for cell based assays and assay development. Together with the new CNS software and the Application Guide for multimode readers, one can now maximise the lab resources, increase process security, and quickly start an experiment without user training. Tecan’s Common Notification System (CNS) allows users to remotely monitor the status of any Infinite reader through a networked computer or mobile device, offering increased walkaway times and giving laboratory scientists the freedom to perform other tasks while their assays are running. This innovative feature is particularly useful for overnight operations, such as long-term microbial studies with the patent-pending Gas Control Module (GCM™), alerting the user if there is a problem, such as running low on oxygen or carbon dioxide.
