Nucleic Acid Quantitation using Colibri Microvolume Spectrophotometer

Here we show dsDNA concentration determination in microvolumes using Colibri Spectrophotometer. Using the dsDNA-50 method first we determine the blank, then DNA sample. The instrument automatically calculates concentration by using the absorbance value and extinction coefficient.
