Mice receiving AAV2/5-HDAC4 injection on the Open Field Test

rd1 mice receiving AAV2/5-HDAC4 injections perform similarly to the wild type CD1 mice on the open field test. They tend to stay in the dark chamber and try to avoid staying in the brightly lit chamber. They show hesitation in entering the brightly lit chamber from the dark chamber.
