This option incorporates sample extraction and heating using microwave technology. The use of the GERSTEL MPS allows all reagents to be added with multiple heating events within the sample preparation sequence. Preparation of FAMES can be performed in a single vessel followed by injection into a GC. The microwave option can be combined with other GERSTEL modules to automate your entire sample preparation workflow.
