Phenotypic Profiling in a Physiologically Relevant Cell System

Phenotypic screen capitalize on the concept of studying the effect of drug-target interaction and it’s biologically activity in a relevant cellular environment. Using two different primary cell systems we have developed a screening platform for rapid and reliable quantification of three dimensional vessel formations and differentiation of progenitor stem cells towards oligodendritic cells lineage. The assay platform was miniaturized onto a 384 well format to facilitate screening process. We have performed a live cell high content imaging in an automated high throughput manner for screening subsets of focused chemical library.
