GE Healthcare Life Sciences presents ImageQuant LAS 500, a CCD camera based imager that can dramatically improve the data quality of your Westem blot protocol. ImageQuant LAS 500 places sensitive chemiluminescence detection at your fingertips, through a simple yet powerful touchscreen interface. The system covers chemiluminescent, fluorescent and colorimetric applications. ImageQuant LAS 500 can be used to image chemiluminescent Western blots, blots and gels visualized using Deep Purple Total Protein Stain, UV fluorescent DNA gels stained with SYBR Green or ethidium bromide, and gels visualized with Coomassie Blue or silver stain. And it can automatically overlay an image of the molecular weight marker associated with your Western blot.
