  • This video is the fourth in a series that describes the programming and running of a Karl Fischer titration on the Radiometer TIM580/585 automatic titrator. It describes running a Blank on the solvent used to dissolve your sample prior to injecting it into the KF titration cell. The result in mL of your Blank titration is automatically subtracted from the mL of your sample titration. A Blank is not necessary if you are adding your sample directly to the cell without first dissolving it in solvent.
