Advances in technologies for sorting cells and improvements in sensitivity for genomic analytical methods have driven an interest in studying the phenotypic and genotypic variation of disease at the single cell level.  In this presentation we illustrate how single cell analysis can be achieved and applied in oncology to drive personalized medicine and cancer treatment decisions.
