Protein Quantitation using Colibri Microvolume Spectrophotometer

Here we show protein concentration determination in microvolumes using Colibri Spectrophotometer. Using the A280 method first we determine the blank (buffer in which the protein is suspended), then protein sample. The instrument automatically calculates concentration of the protein by using the A280 absorbance value and extinction coefficient.
