These assays are dependent upon being very precise and the technician having great sterile technique to prevent contamination and false results. Automating these assays not only reduces the potential of cross-contamination, but also increases the speed in processing samples. At NV Cann Labs, we have utilized Bio-Rad’s iQ-Check Prep to automate sample preparation for qPCR assays. Since implementing this robot, we have increased our efficiency and our accuracy significantly.
