Abstract: Scientific evidence base analytical data forms the basic foundation for the Regulatory compliance. When there is a transparent regulatory framework the investors are happy to invest leading to growth in this area. The regulatory status of Consumer cannabinoids , especially CBD as a food ingredient is a recent development in several markets around the world. Different regulations globally means clear analytical methodology to be used for CBD in food and food supplements to be legally marketed.
