Dr Gould is director of the Mindfulness Program at Johns Hopkins and has conducted reviews into how mindfulness can help people suffering from anxiety and mood disorders. In this interview, Dr Gould explains how mindfulness can benefit the brain, especially during the stressful period of the coronavirus pandemic.
