  • This presentation will outline the necessity of utilizing Quality by Design concepts for creating a comprehensive quality management system from the beginning to reduce risk, standardize as you scale, and ensure client needs are met during times of necessary change resulting from state regulatory changes, federal and international expectations, or organizational growth and changes. When developing an integrated quality management system, one must consider which state laws and ISO standards, in addition to cGMP compliance, the organization will want to adhere to in the future. This presentation will address the steps you can take to evaluate what requirements your QMS needs to incorporate now and in the future in order to streamline stepwise implementations and avoid piecemeal reactionary development. It will include an evaluation of the risk and opportunities required by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000.
