Sleep, for many people, gets put to the bottom the priority list, but it’s a vital part of our lives, and biology.

Not only this, but irregular sleep patterns are often not fully recognised as their own symptom, rather a side effect of medications or some other physiological state.

In this video, I try to prove how intertwined sleep is with our mental and physical wellbeing, and shine some light on what it could teach us, if we only took it a bit more seriously.
