In this webinar, Tsafrir Bravman of Bio-Rad Laboratories continues the SPR Expert series by presenting a case study using the ProteOn XPR36 system to study the interactions of two protein kinases, p38 and ERK2, with a panel of small-molecule inhibitors conducted in collaboration with Chugai Pharmaceuticals, Japan. The results of their screening program are presented and discussed, followed by an overview of best practices for small-molecule assay configuration and particular considerations for this system.
