The ability to achieve a full kinetic characterization during screening yields valuable insights. In this webinar, the presenters present their experience and methodology in characterizing bispecific affinity molecules. The binding molecules are derived from a combinatorial protein library based on a single albumin-binding domain selected to specifically bind a cancer-related receptor protein. In addition, a demanding competition assay is presented where selected binding proteins compete with the extracellular domain of the receptor for binding to an immobilized natural ligand. http://www.bio-rad.com/evportal/destination/solutions?catID=LUSLTJE8Z&WT.mc_id=yt-pfd-ww-proteonxpr36-20120914-njYzVJcoZxo"
