3D Modeling of human erythroblasts joined for cytoplasmic bridge.

  • Human erythroblasts taken from a routine bone marrow aspirate smear stained E-Catherin (red) to highlight membrane and DAPI (blue) to stained nuclear DNA. In the render, can be seen the cytoplasmic bridge between cells. Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope (LSCM) plays a key role for acquisition and rendering of three dimensional images.
