Directional migration of Jurkat cells toward the chemoattractant SDF1α, visualized on an IncuCyte™ ClearView™ 96-well Cell Migration Plate. This real-time visualization, created using IncuCyte ZOOM® Live Cell Imaging System shows the transmembrane migration of Jurkats down 6 'pores' from within a single well. Out of focus cells are those that have migrated to the bottom side of the membrane.
