    • Chemotactic migration of HT-1080 cells toward FBS, visualized on an IncuCyte™ ClearView 96-well Cell Migration Plate. Transmembrane migration of HT-1080 cells was visualized and quantified in real time using the IncuCyte ZOOM® Live Cell Imaging System. The IncuCyte™ Chemotaxis Cell Migration software allows you to easily quantify the cells that move through the pores and adhere to the lower surface.
