3D-Spheroid Formation, Growth and Shrinkage Using the IncuCyte® ZOOM Live-Cell Analysis System

Time-lapse movie of tumor cell aggregation and 3D-Spheroid formation in a round bottom, ultra low attachment (ULA) 96-well plate. CytoLight™ Red labeled A549 adenocarcina cells were added to a standard 96-well, round bottom ULA plate. Non-adherent spheroid formation, growth and shrinkage were automatically quantified over a 10-day period, within a standard cell culture incubator using the IncuCyte® ZOOM Live Cell Analysis system.
