Time-lapse movie of HT1080 fibrosarcoma cell proliferation. Cancer cells were labeled with the IncuCyte™ NucLight™ Green Lentivirus Reagent and cell proliferation (nuclear count) was continuously visualized and quantified using the IncuCyte ZOOM® Live Cell Imaging System. Automated detection of fluorescent nuclei enables real-time, live-cell counting within a standard cell culture incubator.
