    • Time-lapse movie of A549 adenocarcina cell growth. Proliferation was continuously visualized and quantified using the IncuCyte ZOOM® Live Cell Imaging System. Automated analysis of cell confluence (gold outline mask) enables the real-time, label-free measurement of cell growth and growth inhibition within a standard cell culture incubator.
