Investigate migration & invasion behavior in mixed cultures using IncuCyte™ Scratch Wound Migration and Invasion Assays. The ability to image 2-color fluorescent scratch wound in addition to phase contrast now allows users to explore cell-cell interactions as it pertains to cell migration and invasion. Note the invasion of the HT-1080 cells, but not the MCF-7 cells into the wounded area.
