Fusion QbD - Export to Waters Empower

Acquired Data can easily be imported from Empower to the Fusion Software. CQAs are described by Trend Responses, With the import of trace data, chromatograms can be displayed in Fusion QbD, Peak Tracking is not required. 

Import Trend Responses from Empower (I)

for critcal peaks CQAs (such as Resolution, Tailing, Retention Time) are defined and imported from Empower to the Fusion software. Also data are imported, that allow the generation of chromatographic simulations in Fusion.

Import Trend Responses from Empower (II)

For LC Systems with a quaternary pump the pH value can be blended automatically, controlled by the design set up created in Fusion QbD.

pH Online Preparation

With Fusion QbD chromatograms can be simulated for the whole experimental region to visualize the effect of all CPP variable settings.
