In this webinar a case study is presented how the integrity and purity of Adeno-associated virus (AAV) and Adenovirus particles can be measured automatically. The analysis is performed using MiniTEM-enabled automatic imaging, detection, classification and quantification of particles. As a result of this analysis, a metric of the proportion of intact versus broken particles is presented.
