sciFLEXARRAYER drop-on-demand, inkjet-printing instruments are made for automated ultra-low-volume liquid-handling of biological samples such as DNA, proteins, antibodies and even whole cells. Organic solvents based samples, nano-particles and many other liquids can be handled too.

Typical applications are the manufacturing of biosensors, loading of MALDI targets and printing of microarrays, e.g. directly at the bottom of microtiter-plate wells. These microarrays are made of e.g. DNA, proteins, antibodies and glycans, as well as from antigens of different sources for allergy-testing.

sciFLEXARRAYER - ultra-low volume dispensing systems for R and D and manufacturing

The sciFLEXARRAYER S100 is the ultimate tool for high-throughput production of diagnostic microarrays and loading of biosensors. It is probably the fastest and most reliable inkjet printing system on the market. Its unique high-speed conveyor belt moves the targets towards dispense heads mounted on multiple, independently working printing portals. Each dispense head is equipped with up to 8 individual dispensers - one for each substance to be printed.

Each S100 system is tailor-made according to customer specifications in order to meet almost any kind of carrier, sample, production environment and throughput.
