The BioSpot CP is designed to realize complex laboratory tasks. Beside the standard BioSpot features like automated droplet volume calibration, aspiration and nozzle wash, nanoliter droplet dispensing, substrate ionizing and many more, the CP features an individual Z positioning per dispense channel. This allows for a multi-dimension addressability of any substrate. 
It's specific application is the parallelization of diagnostic tests in standard well plates and for combinatory chemistry (DoE).

BioSpot® workstation CP 600

The BioSpot® workstation is the flexible tool for any low volume liquid handling task. The proprietary SiJet and PipeJet® non-contact dispensing technologies enable precise non-contact liquid handling in the picoliter to nanoliter range compatible with many types of substrates. Microliter volumes can accurately be dispensed with ValveJet dispensing channels. The BioSpot® offers a flexible stand-alone solution for automation of miniaturized liquid handling tasks like spotting, printing, coating and many others. Applications like lateral flow assay fabrication, preparation of microfluidic chips, spotting onto biosensors or coating of medical devices benefit strongly from the unique performance
and customizability of this workstation. Beside the low volume aspiration and tip wash functionality an integrated calibration unit implements unbeatbale accuracy. The SmartDrop system claibrates the dispensing performance automatically to you desired process parameters.
