    • Continuous monitoring of spheroid formation and growth with the IncuCyte® ZOOM System. A549 human lung carcinoma cells stably express nuclear restricted RFP. Cell aggregation and spheroid formation is approx. 400 µmat 72h. The spheroid growth is approx. 560 µm at day 10.
