Time-lapse movie of HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells (green nuclei) in co-culture with A549 adenocarcina cells (red nuclei). Automated detection of fluorescent nuclei, using the IncuCyte ZOOM® Live Cell Imaging System, enabled real-time, live-cell counting within a standard cell culture incubator. Cancer cell nuclei were labelled using the IncuCyte™ NucLight™ Lentivirus Reagents.
