Automated Microinjection System CSEM's XenoFactor is capable of automatically sorting a defined class of Xenopus laevis oocytes from a mixed oocyte suspension, transfer individual sorted oocytes from the sorting unit to the injection unit, complete the microinjection and finally collect injected oocytes in a container, or alternatively in individual wells of a multiwell plate. In principle the unit can work with any other large biological entity, such as Zebrafish larvae or cell clusters.
